Clariti Indigenous is an Aboriginal run capacity building and training company focused on the social emotional well-being of your team within the workplace. We co create thriving, happy and productive teams and leaders alongside you.
We have spent several decades in remote Australia on country working with Elders, Community Leaders, Aboriginal Organisations, Government Departments to make an impact to your organisation. At the core of what we do is developing strong teams, strong leaders and strong communities, walking alongside you to co create a nurturing space for growth. Born of the need to deliver culturally appropriate, real world consultancy and training that supports Aboriginal families, communities and services throughout Australia.

We acknowledge that we are on the traditional land of the Turrbal and Jagera peoples, and that we respect their spiritual relationship with their country, culture and heritage beliefs.
We also extend this respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from the whole of Australia and across the world.

What we do
We work alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, Aboriginal organisations and non Aboriginal people to create opportunities for teams and workplaces to encounter, engage, learn and be transformed by stories. We offer transformative learning experiences for all through in person and on-line training, coaching, mentoring, leadership development and consulting services.
How we do it
We are Australia’s only national organisation focused exclusively on the social emotional wellbeing in the workplace for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, Aboriginal organisations and non Aboriginal people working in communities throughout Australia.

Throughout the website the term Aboriginal is used in this context to include people who identify as Aboriginal, people who identify as Torres Strait Islander Peoples and people who identify as both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. It is also used interchangeably with the term Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
