Clariti Group has won a 12-month extension contract with the Remote Schools Attendance Strategy for the third year in a row.
The Remote Schools Attendance Strategy (RSAS) is a collaboration between the Australian Government and the National Employment Services Association.
The RSAS aims to increase school attendance by working with rural communities to ensure all children get a good education.
Research shows that children in remote communities have lower school attendance levels than those in metropolitan areas.
By working closely with families and rural communities, Clariti Group is very happy to be making an ongoing and substantial impact on the lives of these children and their futures.
Teams work with families and children to bring awareness about the importance of regular school attendance.
Practical support is also provided in the form of driving children to school, helping to organise school lunches, uniforms, homework and after-school care.
Clariti Group will be supporting 13 regions within the RSAS. These regions include Gapuwiyak, Maningrida, Ramingining, Milingimbi, Galiwinku, Yirrkala, Numbulwar, Kalkarindji, Yarralin, Ntaria, Papunya, Kowanyama and Normanton.
